LOW-FAT LOW-SUGAR Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream

The ex-parrots and co had some yesterday! Thanks to Rudolph...who has (or more precisely...HAD) a goodly supply.

The ex-parrots and their freinds also gorged themselves on lime chips. Karl wishes he had more lime chips right now...but alas! There are none!

What more is there to say?

Much.

But now is the time for Homework...not for Blogging.

i wasn't invited either. but never mind. lime chips sound nasty. and after you take the fat and sugar out of ice cream, there must not be too much left to eat!

p.s. bernard may have bad taste in food, but not in friends!
